Jesse White joined Forte in March of 2020 as a Senior Engineer. His primary focuses within the company are mechanical and process engineering for the design of mineral processing plants.

Jesse is a Professional Engineer in the discipline of Mining and Minerals Processing with 18 years of experience in the development of process flowsheets and design of processing plants. He has a B.S. in Material and Metallurgical Engineering for the Colorado School of Mines.

His work experience includes laboratory and pilot scale process evaluations, thermodynamic and mass balance modeling, mechanical equipment sizing and specification, and oversight of construction and startup execution. His knowledge in metallurgy has led to publications in prestigious international journals. Jesse has worked on projects across the United States, Canada, Mexico, Australia, South Africa, Kazakhstan, and Ghana.
